Direct Fund Investment

Church House funds are available for direct investment, and our partner, IFSL (Investment Fund Services Limited), manages this process on our behalf.

Prior to considering any investment, please read the important information provided later on this page.

There are two options when looking at direct investment; both are detailed below.

Telephone Dealing

Call 0808 178 9321, or +44 1204 803 932 if calling from overseas.

Postal Dealing

Investors can complete an application form and post it to:

Investment Fund Services, PO Box 13586, Chelmsford, CM99 2GS.

A standard Unit Trust/OEIC form can be viewed and downloaded by following the link below and clicking on Application Forms.

Investor Documents

Other forms are required when holding funds in a specific account, such as an ISA (Individual Savings Account), and these are also available on the link above.

If you are a non-retail investor, e.g. you’re investing on behalf of a company, charity, society, etc., please follow Option 2 initially to set up your account. Specific forms are provided for corporate investors and trustees. Once complete, you should be able to make subsequent transactions over the telephone.

Forms contain details of the available payment options. If the form requests the 'ISIN of fund', you can find it in the relevant Key Investor Information Document (KIID) for the fund, which can again be accessed via the Investor Document link above. There is a specific section for these documents.

If you experience any difficulties with this process, please contact our Client Services Team on 01935 382620 or email us at enquiries@church-house.co.uk

Important Information
