James Mahon - CEO and Joint Chief Investment Officer
He was instrumental in the establishment of Church House Investment Management in 1999 and brings many years of experience to his role. He became a member of the London Stock Exchange in 1980 and has held a number of senior posts including being a partner in stockbrokers Galloway & Pearson, a director of Hoare Govett and Managing Director of Archdale Securities. James is a Chartered Fellow of the Chartered Institute for Securities & Investment.
James has co-managed Tenax with Jeremy Wharton since 2007, UK Managed Growth since 2000 and Esk Global Equity from 2009.

Jeremy Wharton - Joint Chief Investment Officer
He had a 14 year career in the City during which he worked in the Gilt market and co-founded an independent Gilt broker. He then spent 5 years as a professional investor in derivatives, trading a global macro derivatives book. He is a Chartered Fellow of the Chartered Institute for Securities & Investment and holds Financial Express Alpha Manager status.
Jerry has managed our Investment Grade Fixed Interest Fund since 2004 and has co-managed Tenax with James Mahon since inception of the fund in 2007.

Carol Hooper - Director
Carol has been with Church House since 1999 having previously worked for Battens Solicitors. She is a Chartered Fellow of the Chartered Institute for Securities & Investment and having previously being exclusively responsible for managing private client portfolios, she now also manages our Balanced Equity Income Fund.
Jeroen Bos - Investment Director
Jeroen has worked in the City for more than 25 years and most recently for Seilern Investment Management Ltd. He was a director of Panmure Gordon & Co. Ltd from 1989 to 1999. He holds a diploma in Economics from Sussex University and is a Member of the Chartered Institute for Securities & Investment. He has managed our Deep Value Investment Fund since 2012 and before that its predecessor from 2003.
Rory Campbell-Lamerton - Fund Manager
Rory joined Church House in September 2012, after graduting from Newcastle University with a BA Hons in Modern languages (French & Spanish). Sitting on the firm’s Investment Committee, Rory is primarily focused on global equity investment, co-managing the Church House UK Managed Growth fund with James Mahon since 2017, as well as working alongside Jeremy Wharton on the Fixed Income side.
He holds the CISI Certificate in Private Client Investment Advice & Management, the Investment Management Certificate and in 2018 he was named in Citywire’s Top 30 Under 30, class of rising stars in the asset management industry.
