Tuesday, 5th December, 2017

With effect from 1st November 2017 ALL Initial Fees on the Church House Advantage Managed Portfolio Service (CHAMPS) have been removed.

We are delighted to announce that new portfolios established in the Church House Advantage Managed Portfolio Service will no longer attract the 0.25% set-up fee or the 0.90% initial investment dealing charge.

This proposition is a simple yet not unsophisticated service, which makes it an ideal pathway to prosperity for investors with straightforward needs.  Powered by the award-winning Parmenion platform, clients benefit from clear reporting and online portfolio access.

“Clients come to us looking for someone they can trust, to guide them through the complex world of investing and to help with them with an easy to understand plan for the future. CHAMPS is one of several products and services that we can offer and it is great news that it now delivers even better value for money” – said James Johnsen, Client Director at Church House.

With CHAMPS portfolios invested in the Church House range of funds at ‘creation’ prices (i.e. with no up-front charge), this means that a new CHAMPS portfolio is invested almost ‘friction free’ i.e. at almost zero cost.

Church House Portfolio Manager, Carol Hooper said “The CHAMPS portfolios make it easier for more investors to benefit from the peace-of-mind investing provided by our approach to managing money. Whatever the investment product or service, our focus is on preserving capital and seeking to deliver the returns people expect, without the shocks they fear”
